To get you started here are some details:
- The site fees for 2024/25 are £2,500, which include site management along with access to all relevant services.
- Lodges at The Ridge can be occupied 52 weeks of the year but cannot be your main address.
- Lodges are sold with a 30-year lease of the plot.
- All utilities (gas electricity and water) are metered and billed quarterly.
- Holiday letting is not possible at The Ridge, other than to a friend or family member.
- Holiday letting is possible at The Pond and at an additional cost, Barstobrick will manage your property by taking care of guest communication, cleaning and maintenance.
